With our physician partners we found a property with a great location but this location had not been used for four years -- a former Circuit City standalone tilt wall eye sore.

With a little vision and much imagination, Clarity Principals Ron Duperroir and Dan D'Amico rolled up their sleeves and went to work.

Ron and Dan knew they needed creative people so they assembled and acquired the talents of Matthew Holtman, owner of Design Works and a fantastic group of people from HDR. After much study Ron and Dan drew walls, a reception point and natural landscapes. They added digital signage, LED lighting effects and integrated all technology to include clinical systems. They changed the parking lot flow, planted 35 trees and utilized ceiling heights to create a second floor without raining the roof. When finish, they had created a comprehensive spice medical treatment center consisting of an 18 exam room practice, a practice based imaging service with MRI, outpatient physical therapy, two room for sleep studies, and a licensed four OR (Operating Room) ambulatory surgery center.

Working for our physician partners we searched for the right property, in the right spot, for the right money...

The Project is complete, $98,000 under budget, the ASC licensed within one day of planned opening 19 months prior.

Take a look at the amenities at the following sections of this new facility:
-The ASC waiting area
-The living room adjoined by two bedrooms with private bath
-One of two private sleeping quarters -- also used for sleep disorder studies and VIP quarters for patients who travel great distances to receive their care at MISI
-The living area outside the sleeping rooms
-Two of four private intake desks, the background is a lobby hosting 60 KI chairs over three 55 inch LCD big screen TV's used for patient education
-Seating areas for patients and family members where they have access to four separate seating areas and a bistro coffee bar to utilize while visiting
-The video wall that physicians use the 160 sq inch screened area to provide education seminars.
-There is 23 feet from the floor to the ceiling -- dawned with draperies to give the main lobby a feeling of comfort.
-16 Patient Exam rooms
-4 Quad Nursing Support Station with seating for 8
-Practice Based Radiology Diagnostics and MRI
-9 Pre Operative Bays and 8 Post Operative Bays
-19 Stretchers with upgraded memory Foam mattress for patient comfort
